After success in Glonass/GPS market, in 2009 telemetry and automated control system direction was originated in the company.As a result, we created "GO-SCADA Locator" monitoring and remote controlling system.It’s a web based multi-user system which allows online monitoring and control of objects, getting analytical reports for different time frames. The system is flexible and it has restrictions for users’ permissions, as well as user registration journal.

The first implementation of the program was introduced in Sochi in 2009. The final version of emergency system was successfully implemented in all emergency stations in Armenia in 2011. The system enables to organize and control the work of emergency brigade electronically. Through the system the dispatcher can create electronic form, complete the initial information and transfer it to relevant substation and when needed to relevant brigade. After that the substation dispatcher or brigade nurse can continue to fill the form and after the completion of the call enter detailed information about the call. The system also allows to receive information about the number of calls and control the call process. Using this system, dispatchers have full information about the location and status of emergency brigades at any time, and due to it, the dispatcher can send the nearest brigade to the mentioned address.

Today the control of road traffic is considered to be one of the main problems for realizing the concept of “smart city”. Crossroads with remote control, street lighting, traffic enforcement cameras, barriers, the system for counting the means of transportation – these are the first steps for the safe city. For all this it is required to have a software system, monitoring center and appropriate devices. Having 10 years of experience in creating and investing monitoring and dispatching centers, in the spheres of State Security, health care, water supply and monitoring means of transportation, our company has created a centralized software system for controlling crossroads, barriers and street lighting.

Our company has also developed a centralized control system for street lighting. Each line of lighting is equipped with control unit, allowing remote control of city lighting not only separately but also for the whole city. Integrated power meter allows you get information in real time period know about the expended energy, and flexible reporting system allows you to analyze expenses.

“Locator” CJSC was founded in 2007 with the aim of creating software and manufacturing electronics for providing services. Today, drinking water of Armenia, emergency service, the work of Urban development and land inspection department of Yerevan municipality, hydroelectric power stations, traffic lights, street lighting, barrier control system, concrete blocks, security systems and more than 4,500 vehicles, etc., are controlled by electronics and software of our company.

Time by time every of us meets problems connected to the barriers of the yards or somewhere else. Many of them are controlled by remote control panels, used by dwellers. However, this system presents many obstacles for the people who do not have a personal machine, but use these means of transportation. Our company have developed an online control system. Due to equipping each barrier with additional boards of our production, all the mentioned problems will be solved.

Locator Security System - system of effective control of securty guard's work, allowing to view data about visiting checkpoints in realtime, to control the work of security guards increasing their effectiveness. Checkpoints (IButtons) are installed along the security guards patrolling route. Checkpoints (IButton) can be installed anywhere, in open areas, inside buildings, etc. The security guard, during th e patrolling of the territory, scans the checkpoints (IButtons) with the "IButton RT" device and this data is displayed in the program in real time.

A device which sends information about the status of the protected object is connected to the protected object signaling system. This information receives the centralized server and manages the group of General Department of State Protection/PPGV staff by a centralized controlling system.
This system is used throughout Armenia and serves more than 3500 institutions. The software and hardware have been developed entirely by our company.
